Upcoming Meeting
Dear Folks
I have received only a few RSVPs. Please jot me a quick response if you plan to attend. This meeting is an important opportunity to learn & sign up for:
(1) Exercise, (2) Rehabilitation and (3) Caregivers relief Programs from Cottage Rehab Hospital
We are moving our Lunch Group Meeting for this month only back to the High Sierra Grill
High Sierra Grill is located at 521 Firestone, Just off of Hollister, 1block N of Fairview
Meeting Time is 12-1:30, Easy Access for Parking
Our Guest Speaker is Rene Van Hoorn, Cottage Rehabilitation Hospital (CRH), Rene is a Recreation Therapist IV and Responsible for Community Outreach. She will discuss Rehabilitation Resources including Recreation Offered by CRH and Answer Questions on How these Resources can be Accessed
5 - Menu Items at High Sierra have Been Previously Selected below.
Please Look them over and if Possible Make Your Selection in Advance this will let us get started early
Please let me know if you have a problem with the selections.
If so,I have attached the full menu at High Sierra, review & let me know your alternate selection, I will ask the manager to accommodate you

- Turkey Bacon Avocado on Foccacio Bread
- Portobello Mushroom Sandwich (Veggie)
- Chicken Apple Pecan Salad
- Ahi Salad (no Bacon)
Drinks included: Water, Lemonade &Ice Tea
A donation of $20 which includes the tip is suggested
